What if the placement doesn’t work out?

We offer a comprehensive guarantee period with each placement. If the match isn’t perfect within the first 90 days, we’ll work diligently to find a replacement at no additional placement fee.

How many candidates will I interview?

Typically, we present 3-5 pre-screened, highly qualified candidates who match your specific criteria. This ensures you have excellent options without being overwhelmed by too many choices.

How thoroughly do you screen candidates?
