Referral Fee Structure


Mansfield Domestics has a no obligation policy where we NEVER want you to feel “locked in” or obligated to use our services and pay a fee upfront just to review the candidates profiles.

Here at Mansfield Domestics it’s important to us that you also see through your candidate and vet them fully to know you are getting a great fit for your home and family before paying a referral fee.

Mansfield Domestics fee structure is as follows:

Long term commitments of over 4 months is a 1x fee of 12% of the employees gross annual salary. 

Short term of 1-4 months is a 1x fee of 30% of total wages.

Newborn Care Specialists – 4 months or less is a flat rate of 2 weeks salary of the employee. Over 4 months contract will follow the 1x 12%  of annual fee structure above.

**Referral fee is due upon hiring of the candidate and no less than the first day of work.

  • RExtensive candidate screening which includes: a personal interview with the owner of Mansfield Domestics, reference checks, and employment Verification
  • RFill-in: if needed when the candidate is out sick or away
  • RWe provide interviewing questions and hiring guidelines
