Referral Fee Structure

Mansfield Domestics operates with a no-obligation approach – we never want families to fee locked in or pressured. To being, we simply require a $250 start fee, which allows us to open your search and share curated candidate profiles.
You’re welcome to review, interview, and fully vet candidates first, so you can feel confident in the fit before any referral fee is due.
Mansfield Domestics fee structure is as follows:
For long-term (over 4 months) placements, our one-time placement fee is 15% of the employee’s gross annual salary with a 3-month replacement period. Or 18%, with a 6-month replacement period.
Short term of 1-4 months is a 1x fee of 30% of total wages.
Newborn Care Specialists – (4 months or less) is a flat rate of 2 weeks salary of the employee. Over 4 months contract will follow the 1x 15% or 18% of annual fee structure.
**Referral fee is due upon hiring of the candidate and no less than the first day of work.
